## Before asking

- Check [troubleshooting](https://docs.opennccm.com/en/instalacion/problemas/) and the [FAQ](https://docs.opennccm.com/en/ayuda/preguntas/).
- Give the OpenNCCM version (**Administration → System**, or `opennccm status` on the server) and the device platform.
- Do not paste passwords, keys or full configurations: hide internal addresses and names.
- Security issues are not posted publicly: report them privately as described in [SECURITY.md](https://github.com/Gaaraalex/opennccm/blob/main/SECURITY.md).
